Energy efficiency specialist with over a decade of senior leadership in retrofit compliance and delivery. Previously Head of Social Housing Retrofit at Agility EcoServices, and before that led delivery on the Angus Council external wall insulation programme and was a founding member of the Warmworks LLP team on the Scottish Government national fuel poverty scheme. Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Project Management. MCIOB since 2025.
